“We would like to say a quick thank you for your exceptional great care for our dog Rocky and overseeing his trip to Costa Rica. It was obvious right from the drop off that Gwen had a sincere and genuine love for animal and our dog , she kept us updated with photos and a quick summary of how he was doing and it was easy to see that he was great. The dog arrived right to our front door in Costa Rica and was in great spirits! The Dr/ vet was also a wonderful man who had already made friends with Rocky and it was obviously Rocky was very comfortable with him. I know we were worried about the process but all said and done it worked out better then we could have anticipated. So thank you , thank you, thank you.”
