“I think 2020 has to be one of the most difficult years to do anything, much less move countries and transport our 100lb Golden Retriever, Watson. Angela and the World Pet team literally worked day, night, weekday, and weekend to combat the ever changing, delaying, and cancellation of flights through airlines. They were very communicative of changes as soon as they happened while offering options and always checked in to see how we were dealing with the anxiety. My wife and I constantly had questions, sometimes repetitive, and I know it was likely very annoying but the customer service focused attitude of Angela & World Pet never let on any annoyances and constantly fielded our questions without fail.
