“To be perfectly honest, we chose World Pet Travel because they were the first to answer our request for a quote. We were trying to move our dog and two cats to our new home in France during the COVID19 pandemic. Rules were changing on an almost daily basis, and we ended up needing to travel to the UK first, then move on to France. We were given erroneous information by American Airlines that wasted several weeks of our time. Once we realized that we needed to have a pet broker in order to travel to the UK, Wendy and Lauren were very responsive and overall we had a good experience with them. If I have one complaint it is that we felt like we didn’t know what was going on for a few days as Wendy worked with Lufthansa Cargo. We realize that she was not getting timely answers from them, but any update would’ve been welcome during that stressful time. As it turned out we traveled with British Airways and had to fly out of Chicago instead of Dallas as originally planned due to a heat embargo in Texas. Wendy hooked us up with Clay at AARK Pet Relocation, who was great. Our pets boarded with him for 2 days prior to their flight. They arrived in good condition. This was the worst possible time to try and travel internationally with pets and we are thankful that World Pet Travel managed to get us set up in a relatively short period of time. They are very friendly and exhibit real care for your pets. They also have good colleagues in the business. I would recommend them for anyone needing to use a pet broker.” – Roberts Family
