My wife and I were relocating from Bulgaria to south Florida and hired World Pet Travel to transport Tessa, our 9-year old American cocker spaniel. The trip went flawlessly and we were extremely pleased with the diligence and dependability of Tara Barbaglia and Angela Passman. We contracted for door-to-door service which meant Tessa was picked up at our residence in Sofia, Bulgaria and delivered with all documents to Sofia airport. She traveled via Lufthansa to Frankfurt for an overnight stay and then continued on to Miami, Florida the following day. She was processed through customs and then driven to our hotel near Fort Lauderdale in excellent health and spirits. I must add that World Pet Travel’s contractor in Sofia is Bulgarian Animal Transport who provided exceptional hands-on, bilingual service to the point of emailing us photos as Tessa was handed over to Lufthansa personnel the morning of her journey.
