It is said that the worst accidents happen within miles of your home.  Cooper has proven that to be true.   After years of traveling around the world, Cooper was busted within 5 miles of home.  He has his own European passport with several countries stamped, traveled into and out of Central America more times than my kids over the last 3 years and was busted just miles down the road from our house this past weekend by the local yocals for scalping football tickets for a University of Kentucky game.  The worst part is, they weren’t even good seats 🙁
