Joey and Barney almost missed their flight to Abu Dhabi today 🙁 After their flight from Detroit to Chicago on Delta was cancelled (because of a snow storm that was blown way out of proportion in Chicago). Ken came to the rescue and drove them last minute all the way from Detroit to Chicago.
Joey and Barney made it to Chicago just in time for their KLM flight to Amsterdam where they will board for 24 hours before heading onto Abu Dhabi to be reunited with Dimple and Nikil, their owners.
Off to a rough start but certain for a happy ending when they are finally reunited after being apart for several weeks. All’s well that ends well they say.
