Lee and I would like to thank you and your staff for your excellent care of our four fur babies in the move to Costa Rica. Lee and I were nervous but you and the staff, Lynn and Andrea and her helper were very professional and definitely true animal lovers. Never having anyone handle our pets before was a little stressful. From the first moment of speaking with you and your patience in explaining the process and every person that handled them. Just once were we startled when you said that Bermie was not going to be on the plane from Houston to Costa Rica because they loved him so much in Houston.lol They loved him! We highly recommend to anyone traveling, moving or whatever to use your services. TRUE PROFESSIONALISM is the best description of your organization. Bermingham, KC, Ferrell, and Purr-Purr were wonderful to see and they were so tranquilo. We would be proud to give references to anyone wanting to know about your company, personnel, or services.
