Testimonial From Tenerife, Spain

Good Morning Angela,

Moki and Koda arrived safe and sound this morning at the Tenerife airport. I picked them up (and was glad that I rented a large van for the kennels) and am back home with them. After sniffing out the new house they are catching up on their sleep. It will be interesting to see if dogs have jet lag the way people do!

Thank you so much for all your help and guidance in moving the dogs from Michigan to Tenerife. I know this must have been a very challenging move with the remote location of Tenerife here.

Many, many thanks and best regards!

From Los Angeles to Costa Rica

fouroffiveDear Angela,

My first three weeks living here in Alajuela, Costa Rica, have been a bit crazy, but now that things have settled down a bit, I wanted to send you a HUGE THANK YOU for all you did for my animals and me.

From the time I contacted you months ago, I could immediately tell that I had found the right person/company to handle the nerve-wracking experience of moving my 5 dogs from Los Angeles to Costa Rica. You were there for me every single step of the way, and made sure that I had everything done thoroughly and correctly. You gave me superior guidance throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with the arrangements that you made for my dogs. Because of your guidance, I had no trouble with USDA in the States, nor with customs in Costa Rica.

The transportation company you coordinated in Los Angeles to pick up my babies in Los Angeles was wonderful. Miguel was so warm and kind, and made sure he touched base with me until my dogs were ready to board their flight. When the major problem arose concerning Leonard, my big guy, Miguel called me immediately, and assured me I had nothing to worry about, and that Leonard would get to me just fine via Plan B. When I spoke with you the next morning, you also assured me that Leonard was safe, doing fine, and would be arriving a day later, but would get to me as soon as possible. Once everyone arrived in Costa Rica, Andrea became my contact, and also called me every step of the way keeping me apprised of exactly where the dogs were, and when they’d be getting to my house. She was absolutely wonderful, and I could tell all my dogs felt safe and comfortable with her.

It was also so nice of you to call me a couple of days after all my animals arrived just to make sure we were all doing well in our new home. And thank you, also, for all the other extras you did, as a friend to me, regarding Costa Rica contacts, etc.

I can’t thank you enough, Angela, for giving me such peace of mind and comfort throughout the whole moving process. I will highly recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone I know moving their animals from anywhere to anywhere!! Your professionalism, organization, friendship, and passion for animals truly made this whole experience a great one. Thank you so much for all you do, and thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, for getting all my animals to me safely. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Hope all is well with you and yours!! I’m sure we’ll be in touch again in the future.

Take care,

From United States to the Netherlands

image002TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I would like to recommend the services of World Pet Travel to anyone moving out of their home country (in our case, the United States) and taking their pets. Angela Passman provided her services on our recent move to the Netherlands.

Moving to another country is stressful enough, but getting pets into another country (not to mention dealing with the airlines for transporting them) is another stress level altogether. Angela handled the details necessary to assure our pets were not only transported in the most efficient way, but were cared for along the way. We moved in August and there are regulations on traveling temperatures for pets – another detail that can result in the delay of a pet flight. Angela chose an airline that had air-conditioned vans to keep the pets comfortable until loaded onto the plane, avoiding over heating from the tarmac. World Pet Travel handled purchasing the travel crates to be sure they were IATA approved and the right size for each pet (more details!). Each step is essential to the safety and accuracy of your pet’s travel. Our pets traveled on the same flights as us; and the airline captain even came to our seats to let us know they were on board and safe.

World Pet Travel stepped us through all the paperwork, provided details of what vet visits, etc., needed to be done and on what timetable to comply with airline regulations, and the laws of the Netherlands. They handled all the transportation issues including delivery of our beloved pets to our hotel in the Netherlands.

I have no reservations in recommending World Pet Travel to anyone considering taking their pets to another country. You will be putting your pet in good hands with Angela..

Sincerely,

Sher Andre

From US to Las Pilas, Alajuela, Costa Rica

Do you own a pet that you just love and adore? Worried about all you’ve heard regarding pet travel?

My twin sister and I recently moved to Costa Rica and were quite frustrated about all the logistics regarding the transport of our darling 16 lb. terrier. She just means ‘the world’ to us and we did not want her uncomfortable, hungry, stranded, or worse yet, lost.

That’s just the trip! We’d also been told there can be as much as a 4-5 hour ‘processing time’ the day your animal arrives, jumping from one building to the next, while trying to complete all necessary ‘steps’ for your pet’s entrance into a new country.

Trying to avoid all this hassle we contacted Angela Passman at World Pet Travel and in no time at all knew we made a wise choice. Angela’s company can arrange any part of or the total transport of your pet. The fee is very reasonable and the peace-of-mind it brings is priceless.

The day our ‘little one’ arrived we were contacted immediately and within a few short hours she arrived at our home healthy and safe. She loves it here in Costa Rica as much as we do and I believe the care that she got from Angela and her staff is a real contributor to that.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you want additional information.

From Florida to Costa Rica

groupoftoydogs300x182Dear Angela,

Words can’t express my appreciation for your assistance with my move to Costa Rica. From your arrival at my home in Florida to our arrival at my home in Costa Rica, you managed everything with such a professional approach.

I knew that the transportation of 6 dogs was not going to be easy, but you made it seem easy and stress free for me. It’s like you took all the stress out of it for me with your positive and upbeat attitude with the whole process.

This was truly door-to-door service with you even accompanying me on the flight to insure the safety of my babies. And customs was a breeze with you in charge of the process upon our arrival in Costa Rica.

I feared someone would end up in quarantine but it didn’t happen because you had everything in the right order and walked us right through the most difficult part with ease.

When you arrived at my house in Florida with all the crates ready to go, down to the names of my dogs on each crate, I knew I was in good hands and you proved this on more than one occasion with this move.

Angela, your help proved to be invaluable. Thank you so very much for all that you did for my babies and me.

Angela,

Thanks so much for following up with us. The dogs arrived safely and happy to see us. Bailey wasn’t traumatized at all, which was a feat I’m sure. They are doing very well and seemed to have a good traveling experience. Thanks for everything.
