Hello Angela, here I’m, at home in New Jersey with my two Angels sleeping just next to  my feet!!!

Me and my family want to thank you, for the great work you did bringing our dogs, Bear and Bianca from Costa Rica to the States.

Is been 10 days, and they are already used at the new life, and new weather.

I have to confess that I was pretty worry about all the airplane trip and the fennels, but to be honest the night they arrived and they came out of the track, we were all surprised to see them fine and happy!!!

Thank you guys very very much, you did a very good job, and we are  finally all together, thank you!!!

Lee and I would like to thank you and your staff for your excellent care of our four fur babies in the move to Costa Rica. Lee and I were nervous but you and the staff, Lynn and Andrea and her helper were very professional and definitely true animal lovers. Never having anyone handle our pets before was a little stressful. From the first moment of speaking with you and your patience in explaining the process and every person that handled them. Just once were we startled when you said that Bermie was not going to be on the plane from Houston to Costa Rica because they loved him so much in Houston.lol They loved him! We highly recommend to anyone traveling, moving or whatever to use your services. TRUE PROFESSIONALISM is the best description of your organization. Bermingham, KC, Ferrell, and Purr-Purr were wonderful to see and they were so tranquilo. We would be proud to give references to anyone wanting to know about your company, personnel, or services. From the bottom of our hearts MUCHAS GRACIAS!!!!!!

Angela, Rags arrived safely and is now at our home in Germany. She has really aged in the 15 months I have been gone! That makes her return even more rewarding. I said my good byes to her when I deployed in Sep 07 because I did not think she would make it through this deployment, but she surprised me. She is now 14 years old.

Thanks for all you have done to get her back to Germany.

I will definitely recommend you to our friends and family for any pet transport needs.

As previously discussed, we have a large network of friends who live all over the country — many of whom will be returning to their USA homes over the next few years. All work for Aramco (so the health certificate and documentation is very easy and economical) and most use KLM who takes the worry out of pet transport to/from Saudi and the USA. It’s the transport within the US that creates the stress. I am extremely satisfied with the end result — removal of worry over arrangements and a healthy/happy pet upon delivery to the final destination!

I copied my friend, Deb Simon, who is in Saudi and very active in the PAWS organization there. I also sent you the PAWS website and highly recommend you contact them so they can give your information when asked for reputable companies that provide pet transport.

You can also contact ASC in Houston (the launching pad for new hires to Saudi Aramco) — http://www.aramcoservices.com/. You may pick up some business assisting people to relocate to Saudi.

Again, great job! Secret is acclimating well to her new environment!
